Cherry blossoms in bloom!
Our cherry trees are in full bloom, and the apple trees are not far behind!
Lobster anyone?
This is Silvia's brother, Rudiga, from Germany. He came over to help Silvia while Manfred is in Germany for 2 weeks taking care of some business. This is Rudiga's first time to Canada and one of the things he wanted to do here was eat lobster and scallops. We invited them over for supper and Gary introduced Rudiga to the cooking and eating of lobster - which Rudiga totally enjoyed. Then Gary cooked up some large scallops and they were enjoyed as well. Monday was a beautiful summer day - perfect for cooking and eating lobsters on the deck!
